Designed for small and medium-size businesses, this application can track employee hours worked by connecting with a time clock, or with employees directly who enter the data on a smartphone or desktop computer.
This application can connect with the accounting software used for payroll to streamline the payment process. ADP ezLaborManager also calculates vacation and sick time allowances and can be programmed to automatically calculate payment for statutory holidays. Employee time cards are automatically streamed to the appropriate manager for approval, as are vacation and leave of absence requests.
