ADP cardholder policies are terms and conditions that apply to people who use the ADP Visa payroll card, such as associated fees, limits and safety guidelines, says Visa Prepaid Processing. ADP cardholder services are the financial services these same users enjoy, including international ATM services, point-of-sale purchases and electronic account management.
ADP cardholder policies include the requirement that cardholders do not disclose their personal identification numbers to any other parties, reports Visa Prepaid Processing. Cardholders must also promptly inform Cardholder Services if their cards are lost or stolen. Though associated with the Visa payment network, the ADP Visa payroll card is managed by ADP Payroll Services with assistance from Pacific Western Bank. Funds held in ADP prepaid card accounts do not pay interest.
ADP cardholder policies specify that cardholders are not allowed to charge sums in excess of their available prepaid balances, according to Visa Prepaid Processing. Nonpersonalized ADP payroll cards are intended for minimal numbers of fund deposits. Each personalized ADP payroll card features the name of the cardholder on its front.
Each cardholder who is at least 18 years old can receive up to two secondary cards per family or household, says Visa Prepaid Processing. Secondary cards are wholly subsidiary and are not associated with separate prepaid card accounts.
