Once you are logged in to your account, click on Bill Details, and then click on the appropriate account if you posses several linked accounts. You can then see your online bill, or click on the View Paper bill option to view a paper scan copy. Make an online payment by clicking on the Make Payment button. If you cannot find your bill, note that you may not be able to view it until 7 to 10 days from the end of your billing cycle.

You can view and pay your bill with your smart phone's myAT&T app by tapping on the menu button, tapping Billing & Payments > Current bill button and choosing the Make Payment button. The app enables you to view your recent charges in categorized format, and you can tap the individual categories for more information on charge details.

AT&T's website also has a link for those who have forgotten their usernames or passwords.
