MyADT's online account platform allows users to view their bills online, schedule bill payments, setup paperless billing delivery, get insurance certificates and order yard signs. Users can also use MyADT to access their home security alarms to view any activity that occurs while they are away. Additionally, the platform provides an emergency call list management function, which allows users to remove or add alarm contacts as well as change the calling order.
The MyADT online platform connects with an ADT alarm located in the customer's home. If an alarm activates, a siren sounds, and the system sends a signal to the company's customer monitoring center.
