Once you have registered as a new user, you can access the JCPenney Associate Kiosk at home by logging in with your nine-digit employee number and password. If you forget your password, click on the I Forgot My Password link to begin the retrieval process. However, like new user registration, this service is not available when accessing the site from a home computer.

JCPenney also provides a kiosk for employees who have worked at JCPenney within the last 18 months. These employees must visit the Former Associate Kiosk and enter their former employee ID number and password. If the user has never changed his password, it will be JCP followed by a two-digit birth month, two-digit birth year and the last four digits of his social security number. After the initial log in, the former associate is prompted to change his password.
