If the customer is using a cell phone, he should contact customer service at 1-877-430-2355, while Straight Talk sim customers should call 1-855-222-2355. The customer service center is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. until midnight EST.
In addition to refilling over the phone, Straight Talk refill minutes can be purchased at StraightTalk.com. Wal-Mart stores also sell a variety of Straight Talk refill cards, including unlimited 30- and 90-day service plans and 1,500 minute refills. Customers can also choose the convenient auto refill option, which will automatically refill their Service Plan whenever they reach the service end date.
