As of 2015 the 2014 1040EZ form is available in printable format on the Internal Revenue Service's website. The IRS website offers printable forms for current and prior years.
Taxpayers must meet certain criteria to qualify to use form 1040EZ. For example, the taxpayer must claim no dependents, have a taxable income less than $100,000, be single or married and filing jointly, and may not claim any adjustments to income, among other requirements, according to the Internal Revenue Service.
Taxpayers filing Form 1040EZ are unable to itemize deductions. In addition, a person filing a Form 1040EZ cannot claim income adjustment or tax credits aside from the earned income tax credit. Taxpayers who are not eligible to use Form 1040EZ may be able to use Form 1040A or Form 1040, reports the IRS.
