Sulphur soap, also referred to as sulfur soap, is used to treat many chronic skin conditions such as acne. It dries out the skin and has antiseptic and antibacterial properties.

Sulphur soap decreases the inflammation associated with acne. It also helps eliminate oiliness and keeps the pores from being blocked. It reduces the appearance of pimples and white heads.

Sulphur soap is effective for treating scabies. It kills the mites that cause redness, rashes and itching. Sulphur soap also treats seborrheic dermatitis by killing and removing the fungus on the skin that causes the skin to be greasy, red, scaly and flaky.

Rosacea is another skin condition that is treated by washing with sulfur soap. It reduces the bumps and redness that occur on the chin, nose, forehead and cheeks.
