The principle of aromatherapy is that different scents have different positive effects on the body. For example, valor oil relaxes the mind and helps relieve stress.
When using essential oils, dilute the oil in water before applying it to the skin. Use one drop of essential oil per tablespoon of water to achieve a safe solution. After diluting, place the essential oil solution in a spray bottle, and use it to scent the air, apply it into the skin or add it to bath water.
