Track your online order from Choxi, formerly known as NoMoreRack, through your order history in your online Choxi account. When it sends the order, Choxi sends a shipping confirmation email confirming the order and providing a tracking ID number.
To track your Choxi order shipment, go to the Choxi.com main page, click on Log In on the toolbar at the top of the page, and enter your email address and password to log into your account. Select your email address, click on Order History, and find the order you want to track. From the Actions column, select View, and click on the order's tracking number.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or cannot locate the order in Order History, it is possible the order did not process. If the order goes through but you have difficulty finding the order's tracking information, contact Choxi customer service by email and provide the tracking number. A shipment containing multiple items may have several tracking numbers and arrive in separate packages. If a tracked shipment is marked delivered but you do not receive it, ask the local post office whether it is holding your order. Choxi estimates that most shipments take about 10 to 14 days for delivery as of 2015, although some orders arrive more quickly.
