To stretch out jeans that are too tight, simply soak in a bathtub filled with warm water while wearing the jeans. Afterward, while still wearing the wet jeans, do a few sets of lunges and squats.
- Run a warm bath to soak in
Run warm water into a bathtub, filling it as if you were taking a normal bath.
- Soak in the bathtub with the jeans on
Put on the jeans that you want to stretch out, and get into the bathtub. Soak in the warm water for about 15 minutes. Make sure all portions of the jeans get fully soaked in the water.
- Do sets of lunges and squats in the jeans
Get out of the bathtub and towel dry any excess water from your jeans. Do a few sets of lunges and squats to stretch out the jeans as much as possible while they are still wet.
- Hang out in the jeans
Keep the jeans on for another 30 minutes so that they can continue to stretch to the right size for your waist and legs.
- Hang the jeans out to dry
Take off the jeans and hang them up to air dry. Do not put the jeans in the dryer.
