As of 2015, Seacret's standard return policy states that any Seacret item must be returned to the Seacret distribution center within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging, and the customer must enclose the original purchase receipt and the return goods authorization receipt.
This return policy only applies to products purchased at SeacretSpa.com or via telephone with a Seacret customer service rep. Products purchased at independent retail locations cannot be returned to Seacret at all. A customer who purchased Seacret products from an independent retailer must follow that retailer's return policy instead.
Seacret does not provide refunds or returns for opened or used products. A customer who qualifies for a refund receives it in the form of a check within 30 to 60 days of returning a Seacret product.
Seacret customer service furnishes customers with return goods authorization receipts, providing the customer's return agrees with Seacret's conditions for a legitimate product return. The customer is still financially responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning a product. However, in the case of exchanges, Seacret ships the newly requested product at no cost to the customer.
