To return Toms shoes, log in to your Toms account, expand the Orders section, click on the order, select the item, and choose a return reason to receive a UPS return shipping label and return form from TOMS via email. Package and ship the item.
Toms offers merchandise credits or refunds for returns within 60 days of the date of purchase for unworn items. Toms does not refund any original shipping costs. For customers requesting merchandise credits, the return shipping label is free. Customers desiring refunds may purchase shipping labels for $6 or choose to send items back using the shipper of their choice at their own expense.
