Gently wash away nail polish from the skin using a small amount of acetone nail polish remover. Wash skin immediately after applying the nail polish remover to avoid skin dryness.
Nail polish on the skin can cause irritation and an undesirable appearance. When nail polish gets on the skin, first try to immediately wipe the polish off while it is still wet. If that does not work, dampen a cotton ball with acetone nail polish remover. Gently dab the affected area with the cotton ball until the polish is entirely removed from skin. Wash the skin with soap and warm water to avoid excess dryness from the polish remover.
