Brands including M.A.C., Clinique, Tommy Hilfiger and La Mer are participants in Estee Lauder's Gone But Not Forgotten program. The program allows customers to purchase discontinued cosmetic products from these brands by request.
Gone But Not Forgotten is a program designed for customers who wish to purchase a makeup product that has been discontinued by its manufacturer. Estee Lauder provides a phone line that customers can call during business hours to request a product. The requested product must have been manufactured by one of the participating brands, and cannot have been discontinued for more than 24 months. Estee Lauder then searches for the product. If it is located, the customer may purchase up to six pieces.
