Jester makeup is fun and theatrical, and it takes about 30 minutes to apply. The required supplies for the following method are white pancake makeup, cosmetic sponges, black eyeliner, black mascara, brightly colored grease paint, makeup brushes and cornstarch.
Wash and tone your skin
Wash your face, and apply a gentle toner. Dry your skin thoroughly.
Apply the white base
Dip a cosmetic sponge into the white pancake makeup, and daub it on your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks. Spread the pigment outward from each focal point. Dab additional makeup over any places where your natural skin is still visible.
Set the base with cornstarch
Plunge a large, fluffy brush into the cornstarch, and tap it to remove excess powder. Close your eyes, and dust the cornstarch over your entire face. Swirl the fibers over your skin, but do not press on the brush.
Apply red lip makeup
Dip a cotton swab in makeup remover, and gently rub it over your lips. Blot them with a tissue, and apply red grease paint. Blot your lips again, and apply a second coat of makeup.
Embellish the nose and cheeks
Use a long, thin eyeliner brush to draw red circles on your nose and the apples of your cheeks. Fill the shapes with more red makeup.
Draw the eyebrows
Draw exaggerated eyebrows with black eyeliner.
Create blue eye diamonds
Use a thin brush to paint inverted blue triangles beneath your eyes, starting from the lower lash line. Then draw a triangle from your upper lash line to your brow arch. Fill the triangles with blue makeup.
Apply eyeliner and mascara
Apply a thick stripe of black eyeliner along both lash lines. Curl your eyelashes, and apply three coats of waterproof black mascara.
