This recipe calls for leaving the peels of five to six large oranges in the sun for about 72 hours, or until the peels are dry enough to be processed into a fine powder in a blender or a food processor. Next, individuals mix the dried orange peel powder with enough milk to make a thick paste. Individuals then apply the paste to the intended area on their face or body, and leave it on their skin for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time before rinsing off with cool water.
