To make a basic salt bath, bring a large pan or half a bucket of water to boil. Once it has boiled, let it cool down until it is a comfortable temperature. Add ½ cup Epsom or sea salt and let it dissolve completely. Soak feet until the water is no longer hot.
The sandalwood soak also has salt, but only half the amount as the basic salt bath. Boil up a large pan or half a bucket of water, and once cooled, add two drops of sandalwood oil and ¼ cup Epsom or sea salt. Soak feet until the water is no longer hot.
For a peppermint soak, omit the salt and sandalwood oil and instead add three to four drops of peppermint essential oil, a single drop of eucalyptus essential oil and a single drop of lemon essential oil. Soak feet until the water is no longer hot.Learn more about Skin Care
