Good facial exercises include the raising of eyebrows, opening the mouth wide, using three center fingers to press down the cheek while smiling and moving the nose side to side. Additional exercises include opening the eyes while frowning at the same time and puckering of the lips.

Regular facial exercise helps the muscles remain firm, supports the skin and prevents sagging by increasing blood circulation on the face.
