To get glowing skin, wash and exfoliate it, apply lotion containing alpha hydroxy acid, treat dark spots with fading cream, and apply a moisturizer with SPF 30. Use this 15-minute process daily. The required supplies are a cleanser, an exfoliant, fading cream, alpha hydroxy acid lotion and a moisturizer.
- Wash and exfoliate the skin
Wash the skin with a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. Rinse thoroughly, then buff the skin with an exfoliating scrub for three minutes. Rub the scrub over the skin with your fingertips, paying special attention to your nose, cheeks, forehead and chin. Rinse the skin with warm water.
- Apply alpha hydroxy acid lotion
Cover the skin with a thin layer of alpha hydroxy acid lotion. Massage it into the skin with your fingertips, and give it 10 minutes to absorb.
- Reduce dark spots with fading cream
Apply a dab of fading cream to under-eye circles, scars and other dark areas. Pat the cream into the skin.
- Apply sun protection
After the skin absorbs the fading cream, apply a generous amount of a moisturizer that contains SPF 30 or higher. Spread the moisturizer over your face, ears, neck and chest. Wait 30 minutes before applying cosmetics or going outside.
