An easy six-step method for tying a bow tie starts with draping the tie around the neck so that one end hangs about 1 inch higher than the other. Take the longer end and cross it over the shorter end. Hold the two ends together in front of your neck.Continue Reading
Pull the long end of the tie through the loop from underneath and then upward toward your chin. This step creates a knot. Fold the shorter end into a horizontally oriented bow form, and pinch it in the center. Wrap the longer end around the center of the bow form, and loop it through the area in between the knot and the bow form. Pull on the ends of the bow to finish the bow tie.
After the bow tie is complete, you can gently pull on the sides to adjust their sizes as desired.Learn more about Accessories
