To find an authorized retailer on TAGHeuer.com, use the Store Locator. Either choose the Geolocate feature to find a nearby retailer or manually enter a country, city or postal code to find a location. TAG Heuer encourages customers to be cautious in purchasing timepieces, as the company is not responsible for watches purchased from unauthorized retailers. Any timepiece that the customer purchases from a non-authorized retailer cannot be guaranteed to be authentic.
Each authentic TAG Heuer watch has a unique serial number on the back of its case. There are two sets of numbers on the caseback: the reference number and the serial number. The serial number appears directly beneath the reference number. Generally the serial number on a TAG Heuer piece has two letters followed by four numbers. In some cases, pieces use a combination of three letters and three numbers or, in the case of a certified chronometer, a six-digit number without any letters.
If you have any question about the authenticity of a TAG Heuer timepiece, send it to the TAG Heuer Official Service Centre for a detailed inspection.Learn more about Jewelry & Watches
