Samsonite's website has information about the company's luggage repair and warranty costs. The website outlines what is covered under the warranty and provides instructions on what to do if your luggage needs to be repaired.
From the Samsonite main page, click on the USA link on the Samsonite Shopping website. Scroll down to the end of the page to find a list of links under the heading WARRANTY & REPAIRS that include questions about warranty and repair, warranty information, replacement parts and the warranty policy. There are also links to a repair center location finder, and information about registering and caring for your product.
If you need to return your luggage for repair, the website explains that you can take it to any one of Samsonite's worldwide authorized service centers, or if there is no center close by, you can download a repair form from the Samsonite website and follow the instructions on how to ship your product to a convenient service center. Alternatively, you can visit a Samsonite company store where you can receive help in shipping your luggage to a service center at a minimal cost of $10 for pieces under 26 inches and $15 for pieces 26 inches and larger, as of March 2015.
