Full Answer

  1. Start at the bottom

Starting with the bottom eyelets, feed each end of the laces into the two eyelets to create a straight bar.

  2. Start working on the left side

Take the left side of the lace, and run it up the inside of the shoe and out of the next eyelet. Run the lace straight across and into the right eyelet. Skip a row, and feed the laces out the right eyelet and straight across to the left eyelet.

  3. Work on the right side

Take the right side of the lace, and run it up the inside of the shoe and out the next eyelet up. Feed the lace straight across and into the left eyelet. As before, skip a row, and feed the laces out the left eyelet and straight across to the right eyelet.

  4. Repeat the process

Continue the process of skipping rows on each side and threading the laces across and up until all of the rows have been filled.
