Apply the eyeliner from the inner to the outer edges of the upper lash line. Close the eye, and pull the lid taut to draw the line. On the first pass, wiggle the line in between your lashes, and on the second pass, make the line thicker. Then use a small chiseled brush or an angled brush to smudge the line to make it softer.
Eyeliner is a cosmetic used to define the eyes and create the look of a wider or smaller eye. It is commonly used as a daily makeup routine that is applied around the contours of the eyes. It can be drawn above upper lashes or below lower lashes or both, even on the water lines of the eyes. It can be used as a tool to create various looks as well as highlighting different features of the eyes.
Eyeliner is available in a wide range of hues, from black, brown and grey to some adventurous shades, including bright primary colors, pastels, frosty silvers and golds, white and even glitter colors.
There are five main types of eyeliner available in the market. These are liquid eyeliner, powder-based eye pencil, wax-based eye pencil, Kohl eyeliner and gel eyeliner.
