To apply eyeliner, make dots across the top of the upper lash line, and connect the dots with the eye shadow. Draw the lower lash half way, and repeat the process with the other eye.
- Draw the upper lash
Close your eye, and pull your upper eyelid slightly tight with the index finger of your non-dominant hand. Using the eye pencil, draw a thin dotted line from the outer corner of the upper eyelid towards the inner corner across the top of the lash line.
- Apply the eye shadow
Dip the eye shadow brush into the shadow, and sweep the brush across the dotted line to connect the dots.
- Draw the lower lash
Work the shadow from the outer corner of the lower eyelid to somewhere near the middle of your eye across the lower lash line. Repeat the whole process for the other eye.
