The Perfect Pushup workout utilizes a set of pushup bar devices and a routine of performing 200 pushups per day in addition to cardio workouts. The Perfect Pushup devices sit on the floor and spin to allow wrists and shoulders to stabilize and engage more muscles than traditional pushups.
On odd days of the week, users do 200 pushups using maximum repetition sets of 4 x 50 or 8 x 25 in one workout. On even days, they do 200 pushups, spreading the sets out across four workouts throughout the day.
It is recommended to complete this workout for two weeks, once every six months.
