What Are Some Good Recipes for Loaded Cauliflower Casserole?

Loaded Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces.


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Steam the cauliflower in a steamer on the stove for 15 to 20 minutes or until very tender.
  3. When tender, add the cauliflower to the bowl and mash. Drain away any excess water.
  4. Add the sour cream, cheese, ranch dressing mix and garlic and onion powders to the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.

  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 6 to 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped.
  • 2 cups Colby, Monterrey Jack, or cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (optional)


  1. Boil the cauliflower in a large pot for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and allow it to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 of the bacon, 3 tablespoons chives, 1 cup of cheese, mushrooms and cauliflower. Mix well.
  3. Place the combined mixture in a casserole or baking dish., Cover with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 425 F oven until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining chives. Serve hot.
