Some examples of easy-to-make finger foods include bacon-cheddar pinwheels, flavored oyster crackers and savory cucumber sandwiches. All can be made with minimal preparation time and a few ingredients.
When making bacon-cheddar pinwheels, set aside 1 can of crescent dough, 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing, 4 slices of crumbled cooked bacon, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of green onions.
Start by preheating an oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the dough and cut it into 2 rectangles. Spread the dressing over the dough and follow with the bacon, cheese and onions. Roll up both rectangles from the short side and proceed to cut each roll into 8 slices. Place the slices face-down on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 17 minutes until the pinwheels' edges are golden brown.
