Dish Network customers can make payments by calling 800-333-DISH and using the automated system or speaking to a live agent. Other ways to pay the bill are online, in cash or by mail.
To pay online, subscribers can log on to their accounts at MyDish.com. When paying by mail, the payment may take up to 10 business days to appear on the account. There is a locator tool on the Dish Network website where subscribers can find local addresses to mail payments.
Customers can pay in cash at any location that offers MoneyGram Express Payment, Softgate PayXchange, PreCash, Western Union Convenience Pay or SwiftPay. CheckFreePay and ACE Cash Express also offer services to pay the bill in cash. These services all have a processing fee.
