"Invasion 1897" was directed by one of Nigeria's most prolific filmmakers, Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen. The plot of the movie revolves around the 1897 invasion of the Benin Kingdom by the British Empire.
The romantic comedy "30 Days In Atlanta" was Nollywood's highest-grossing cinema movie of all time and features scenery from both Atlanta, Georgia and the Nigerian city of Lagos.
