Fox Sports Media Group shares NASCAR coverage with the NBC Sports Group, according to a contract with NASCAR covering the 2015 through 2024 seasons. Fox Sports Media Group holds the rights to the first 16 races each year in NASCAR's top series, the Sprint Cup Series. The network airs 13 of those races a year on Fox and three on Fox Sports 1. Fox also broadcasts four Xfinity Series races per year, while Fox Sports 1 shows 10 Xfinity Series races per year.
