The Trinity Broadcasting Network is a religious network that offers several types of shows, including worship and praise, variety, health and music shows. TBN shows fall under the categories of regular programming, teen and young adult programming, and children’s programming. Twenty-four hours a day, TBN shows inspirational, commercial-free television shows hosted by diverse ministries, including Interdenominational, full gospel, Messianic Jewish, protestant and Catholic.
One of the most popular shows on TBN is “Praise the Lord,” a variety program that offers faith-based testimonials and interviews from well-known celebrities, sports figures and ministers. Many of the shows on TBN are exclusive and original to the network, including “Changing Your Life” hosted by Gregory Dickow, “Kingdom Connection” hosted by Jentezen Franklin and “Winning Walk” hosted by Ed Young Senior.
As of 2015, regularly scheduled children’s programming appears on Saturdays from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time, and the shows range from contemporary programs such as “Veggie Tales” to classic series such as “Davey and Goliath” and “Lassie.”
TBN is the largest religious network in the world and the most-watched faith channel in the United States. In addition to shows, TBN broadcasts original theatrical movies, such as “Megiddo,” “The Champion” and “Omega Code.” TBN owns and operates five other broadcast networks in addition to the main TBN network.
