Trevor is the lead character of “The Destructors," a short story by Graham Greene first published in 1954. Trevor is a part of the Wormsley Common Gang, a group of teenage boys who create mischief in the Wormsley Common neighborhood.
Graham Greene defines Trevor’s character as someone who once belonged to England’s upper class. Trevor was left with no choice but to move to the poor community of Wormsley Common because of his family’s financial situation. In the story, Trevor was also called "T" by his fellow gang members. He convinces the gang to destroy the elaborate house owned by Mr. Thomas.
