World Wrestling Entertainment's main training facility for performers is the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Training at the facility covers all aspects of being a WWE performer, including wrestling maneuvers, crafting a persona, and strength and conditioning training.
At the Performance Center, former WWE superstars train new recruits in the fundamentals of performing in the WWE. The best of these recruits move on to NXT, the WWE's developmental promotion that is somewhat akin to the minor leagues of professional sports.
The WWE has also recruited from privately held wrestling schools, including Killer Kowalski's Wrestling School and the now-defunct Hart Dungeon.
