The "Watchtower" magazine, published by Jehovah's Witnesses, does not accept article submissions from the general public. The Writing Committee of the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses is responsible for preparing articles for printed publications.
The seven members of the Governing Body, along with 31 helpers, serve at the organization's world headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, as of April 2015. This small group of mature Christians oversees the preparation of Bible-based instruction through books, magazines and videos.
The "Watchtower" magazine is financed by voluntary contributions and is available free of charge online and in print. Its purpose is to explain Bible teachings.
