Steven Sabados is famous for co-hosting the Canadian design show, "Steven and Chris," with his husband and business partner, Chris Hyndman, who reportedly fell to his death in August 2015 while sleepwalking. Sabados and Hyndman were married for seven years but were together for 27.
Devastated by Hyndman's death, Sabados chose not to continue the show, which prompted the Live Well Network to cancel. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Sabados graduated from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario with a fine arts degree and subsequently worked as display director for Canadian department store chain, Eatons, and apparel maker, Roots Canada. He also runs his own design firm, the Sabados Group Inc. The "Steven and Chris" show has aired in more than 80 countries with the couple's designs showcased on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
