Stack Bundles was a popular underground rapper in the New York City hip hop scene who was murdered at the age of 24. His given name is Rayquon Maurice Elliot; he was born in 1983 in the Queens district of New York City, New York.
Stack Bundles was featured on a series of mix tapes released by DJ Clue, which served as a springboard for his early success in the New York City hip hop scene. While Stack had his own crew, the Riot Squad, he was a member of Jim Jones' Dipset ByrdGang.
After his death on June 11, 2007, Stack's family held a funeral in which the rapper was laid to rest wearing a red T-shirt, sunglasses and jeans. The rapper died from gunshot wounds sustained to the head and neck as he was entering his apartment building on Beach Channel Drive. While the rappers' cash and credit cards were left on his body, a medallion that the rapper was known to have worn was reported missing.
Stack Bundles was featured on songs by artists such as Joe Budden, Fabolous and Jim Jones. He also had a well-received freestyle recorded with DJ Funk Master Flex, and released a number of solo mix tapes.
