Combine and whisk together the milk and eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Fully cook the sausage over medium heat, and drain it. Using the same skillet, cook the potatoes for five to seven minutes until they become tender.
Remove the potatoes from the pan, and cook the onions and pepper until soft. Add the egg mixture to the onion and pepper mix, and then combine the sausage and potatoes. Sprinkle the scramble with cheese, and cover the dish with a lid for one to two minutes.
For the Blueberry Oat Bread, use 1 stick of softened butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 cup of old-fashioned oats, 1 cup of plain yogurt, and 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Also prepare a pinch of salt, a splash of vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Combine and cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and then add eggs and vanilla. Whisk together dry ingredients in a separate small bowl. Alternate between adding the dry ingredients and yogurt into the mixing bowl, and fold in the blueberries. Grease a loaf pan, and pour in the dough. Bake the loaf in the oven at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
