Registries can be created and managed through Dillard's online registry homepage, as well as in-store. If a registry has been created in-store, it can then also be accessed online through the Claim Registry function.
If the link isn't immediately obvious, the registry section can be found by searching for "registry" on the Dillard's main homepage.
Dillard's online registry homepage offers customer support options, by telephone or email. Full catalogs of merchandise can be browsed online, either read page-by-page like a magazine or searched through by brand or department. Particularly popular registry brands, such as Le Creuset, KitchenAid, Cuisinart and Kate Spade, are also linked to on the main page.
There is an in-depth information page that includes sections on exchanges, shipping and advice for making registering as pleasant and streamlined as possible. If video is preferable to text, there are videos by Dillard's registry expert, Jorge Perez, designed to show the customer around the page and take them through the process each section at a time.
The homepage also offers a "registry tips and checks" section with practical questions to consider to help the customer find their perfect registry items. Finally, Dillard's and its partner companies provide incentive programs for registering, including money-off deals and free gifts.
