After Kary Osmond left Canadian Broadcasting Company's (CBC) "Best Recipes Ever" television cooking show, she began to focus on other food and cooking related projects, as well as building her personal brand. She still shares recipes and tips on several different television shows and her website, and focuses on a contributing to a project called Produce Made Simple.
Kary Osmond left CBC's "Best Recipes Ever" after the end of the fourth season. In March 2013, Kary Osmond collaborated with the Ontario Produce Marketing Association to develop a back--to--basics program called Produce Made Simple. On the Produce Made Simple website, a different fruit or vegetable is featured, along with daily tips on how to select, store and prepare it. It also offers information on nutrition facts as well as produce that is local and in season.
Kary Osmond has also developed her website into a great resource. Her weekly newsletter details easy recipes, answers to common cooking questions, and helpful tips. Her website also includes access to videos of her "Best Recipes Ever" episodes as well as her more current television cooking appearances. She is also very active in social media, interacting with viewers and readers of her site, and chronicles her dishes and other food inspiration through photos on sites like Tastespotting and foodgawker.
