The next three seasons of "Survivor" were won by Vecepia Towery, Brian Heidik, Jenna Morasca and Sandra Diaz-Twine. The three most recent seasons of the show, "Survivor: Blood vs. Water," "Survivor: Cagayan" and "Survivor: San Juan Del Sur," were won by Tyson Apostol, Tony Vlachos and Natalie Anderson, respectively.
Beginning with "Survivor: All-Stars," the eighth season of the show, previous contestants were brought back to compete again. This approach was also used for "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains," "Survivor: Redemption Island" and "Survivor: Fans vs. Favorites." Sandra Diaz-Twine won "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains" after initially winning "Survivor: Pearl Islands." Rob Mariano appeared on three seasons of "Survivor" before finally winning "Survivor: Redemption Island." John Cochran won "Survivor: Fans vs. Favorites" after previously appearing on "Survivor: South Pacific."
