As of May 2015, you can pause delivery of Newsday magazine by using the Manage My Newsday function on the Newsday website or by contacting Newsday via telephone at 1-800-NEWSDAY. Customers can report technical difficulties via phone or email at email@example.com.
Contact Newsday's circulation department at 1-800-NEWSDAY (1-800-639-7329) to request a pause in the magazine's delivery. You can use this same number to report problems with the delivery of the magazine's or even to compliment the magazine's carrier.
To use the Manage My Newsday function to pause delivery, you must register and log in to the Newsday website. Once you are logged into the site, click on Home Delivery at the top of the page and then click on Manage My Newsday. It's possible to click on this without being logged in, but it will immediately prompt you to log into the site.
From within Manage My Newsday, you can arrange to pause delivery, which is described on the site as suspending service for a vacation. Manage My Newsday also gives you an option to change your address, resolve different delivery issues, and offer the same compliments or concerns about the carrier that you can report using the circulation department's phone number. You can also use Manage My Newsday to pay your bill.
