Rhapsody unRadio provides users with a streaming, personalized radio service based on an artist or song input by the user. Rhapsody Premier allows users to download any song, album or playlist and has all of Rhapsody unRadio's features, as of 2015.
Rhapsody unRadio allows users to skip an unlimited number of songs. It's available online and through mobile applications. Rhapsody Premier is available online, through mobile applications and through home audio systems. With Rhapsody unRadio, users have offline access to up to 25 favorite songs. Rhapsody Premier users have unlimited access to any songs.
Both services have a 14-day free trial period, then charge a monthly subscription fee. Since it has more features, Rhapsody Premier has a higher fee than Rhapsody unRadio. For an additional fee, users can upgrade to a Rhapsody Family plan, which allows multiple accounts on one plan.
The user who sets up the Rhapsody Family plan is the organizer and can invite other family members onto the plan. One family plan can have up to five accounts. The organizer can add or remove members at any time. If a member is removed, his information, such as favorites and playlists, are saved in case he signs up for his own account.
