"Longmire" was canceled by A&E after three seasons on Aug. 28, 2014. However, a fourth season of "Longmire" was picked up by Netflix on Nov. 19, 2014.

"Longmire" premiered on June 3, 2012 on A&E. The show stars Robert Taylor as the title character, Walt Longmire, who works to solve major crimes while running for re-election for county sheriff. Supporting cast members of "Longmire" include Katee Sackhoff, Lou Diamond Phillips, Cassidy Freeman and Bailey Chase. Despite fairly positive critical reception, "Longmire" has struggled to find an audience, which contributed to AMC canceling the show. As of June 2015, the fourth season of "Longmire" has yet to air on Netflix.
