A Mini Cooper can comfortably seat either two, four, or five passengers, depending on the model. For example, the Cooper Roadster can seat two adults, the Cooper Convertible can seat four adults, and the Cooper Countryman can seat up to five adults.
Although Mini Coopers are designed to easily seat a certain amount of passengers, this has not discouraged people from attempting to seat many more. On May 18, 2014, Danielle Maynard of the United Kingdom led an effort to beat previous records of how many people could fit inside a classic Mini Cooper. In total, she was able to fit 27 people inside the vehicle.
