Oldest sibling Adam Braverman, played by Peter Krause, is married to Kristina, played by Monica Potter. Kristina's battle with breast cancer was depicted on the show, as well as the couple's struggles with their son, Max, who has Asperger's syndrome. They also have a daughter in college and a toddler.
