Some legal streaming video services include Internet Archive Movies, Crackle, Watch CN and TV Land. Each offers TV shows and movies that are free and legal to view.

Internet Archive Movies is a non-profit site that includes close to 4,000 films. The site is filled with older cartoons and classic films made in the 1960s and earlier. Internet Archive Movies represents several genres, including classic Kung Fu, westerns and horror. The site works on both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Crackle is owned and operated by Sony and features TV shows as well as films. Although the site rarely offers full TV series', it does offer its users free TV and movies with ads. It works on PC, Mac and most mobile devices. Amazon Fire TV users as well as Roku and Chromecast users can all use Crackle.

Managed by the Cartoon Network, Watch CN allows users to watch current shows for free. This site does not have a large selection, but it does contain some of the network's more popular shows, such as "Uncle Grandpa" and "Adventure Time."

TV Land features many classic TV shows. The site streams shows such as "I Love Lucy," "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "The Golden Girls," and the site adds new shows each day.
