Julie Roginsky is an American Democratic strategist and TV personality. She was born on April 25, 1973, in Moscow, Russia, and as of January 2016, she is unmarried with one son.
Roginsky spent her early childhood in Russia. Before emigrating to the U.S. with her parents in 1990, she also lived in Vienna, Austria, and Rome, Italy. Roginsky was raised in New York City and Plainsboro, New Jersey. She attended Princeton Day School and is a graduate of Boston University. Roginsky began her career in politics at the political action committee EMILY'S List in Washington, D.C. She went on to serve as a senior political strategist for former U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg and Congressmen Frank Pallone, Jr., Albio Sires and Steve Rothman. Roginsky also worked as Capitol Hill communications director for former Senator Jon Corzine.
She first appeared as a Democratic strategist on the Fox News Channel in 2004. In 2009, Roginsky was hired by CNBC as an on-air contributor and writer for CNBC.com. She has also appeared on CNN, MSNBC and HLN. Roginsky was hired by Fox News as an on-air contributor in 2011. She is also president and founder of Comprehensive Communications Group. Roginsky has one son, Zachary Peter Roginsky, born on May 27, 2012.
