Josh Groban's CDs include the self-titled "Josh Groban," "Closer," "Awake," "Illuminations" and "All That Echoes." In 2007, Groban released a Christmas album titled "Noel." In 2015, Groben released "Stages," a compilation of songs from Broadway musicals.
Groban's self-titled 2001 debut album went double platinum, and his second album, "Closer," featuring the hit "You Raise Me Up," rose to number one on the Billboard charts. That song also earned him a Grammy Award nomination for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance. Some of Groban's other well-known songs include "Hidden Away" from "Illuminations" and "Believe" from the soundtrack of the movie "The Polar Express." His albums and musical performances include a variety of styles from classical to pop.
In addition to his singing career, Groban has worked as an actor on television shows such as "Ally McBeal," "The Office," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and "The Crazy Ones." He has also appeared in movies such as "Crazy, Stupid, Love," "Coffee Town" and "Muppets Most Wanted."
